The apartments range in size from 650  to 1,150 SF.

Finishes include laminate hardwood flooring, not typically found in subsidized housing.

The apartments take advantage of territorial views with generous exterior balconies and large windows.

Project Construction Cost was $850,000.00 including site improvements.  Completed in 2004.
